  • Alan Chong

    Alan Chong is the William and Lia Poorvu Curator of the Collection at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, Boston. Among the exhibitions he has helped organize are Still-Life Paintings from the Netherlands, 1550-1720; Raphael, Cellini, and a Renaissance Banker: The Patronage of Bindo Altoviti and Gentile Bellini and the East. His main area of research concerns patronage and collecting in various periods.
