  • Jenny Reynaerts

    Jenny Reynaerts is the curator of 18th- and 19th-century paintings at the Rijksmuseum. She gained her doctorate in academicism in the Netherlands in the 19th century and publishes predominantly on Netherlandish painting. Recent exhibitions she has organized include Stemmingen. Willem Witsen (1860-1923) (Dordrecht 2003), De 19de eeuw op zijn mooist Rijksmuseum aan de Merwede (Dordrecht 2004), Meesters van de Romantiek. Nederlandse kunstenaars 1800-1850 (Rotterdam 2005) and Der weite Blick. Landschaften der Haager Schule aus dem Rijksmuseum (Munich 2008).
