Femke Diercks

Femke Diercks is head of the Decorative Arts department and curator for European ceramics at the Rijksmuseum.

Rijksmuseum Provenance Team

Starting in 2012, a team of some five full-time provenance specialists has been actively investigating the provenance of objects in the Rijksmuseum’s collection whose owners (in most cases Jewish) lost possession of them involuntarily as a result of persecution by the Nazi regime.
