From Young Woman with a Fan to Isabella: A Rediscovered Identity

Lisa Lambrechts studied Art History at Ghent University. Last year, as part of her second Master’s degree Curating Art and Cultures at the University of Amsterdam, she worked as a curator in training at the History and the 19th-Century Paintings Department of the Rijksmuseum. She currently works as a Junior Curator at the Rijksmuseum and as an Exhibition Curator for an exhibition on slavery, colonialism and resistance at the National Library of the Netherlands in The Hague.
